We are pleased to offer this CHW Supervisor Community of Practice (CoP). A community of practice (CoP) is a group of individuals who share a common concern, interest, or profession. They come together to engage in collective learning, knowledge sharing, and networking. CoPs focus on sharing best practices and creating new knowledge to advance a domain of professional practice. This CoP is exclusively reserved for those individuals who supervise CHWs in their daily job responsibilities.
