Supervisor CoP – Session 5
MACHW is excited to bring CHW supervisors together through our Supervisor Community of Practice, creating space for shared learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
Through interactive sessions, supervisors will exchange best practices, explore practical tools, navigate real-world challenges, and strengthen their ability to support and empower CHWs.
As the CHW workforce continues to grow and evolve, investing in those who supervise and support CHWs is essential to building a strong, sustainable workforce.
