MACHW works with higher education to develop partnerships that offer academic and career advancement opportunities for CHWs. We can help you grow from professional certification to an associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degree!

• Cambridge College (now Bay Path University) is offering CHWs 15-18 free credits towards a degree, based on their prior experiences. For more information contact Lissette Blondet, MACHW’s Executive Director. We invite you to stay updated by becoming a member of MACHW.
• Through a unique partnership with Accelerate the Future Foundation and Framingham State University full scholarships were granted to a cohort of CHWs pursuing a Master’s degree in counseling psychology.

The DPH Office of Community Health Workers is launching 2-Day Successful Supervision Trainings for both current and aspiring CHW supervisors! The sessions will offer valuable insights for those in supervisory roles and those looking to take on leadership positions.
