This Community Health Worker (CHW) Hub is a dedicated space designed to foster connection, learning, and growth among CHWs. Here, you will have the opportunity to engage in discussions on key topics, including State Certification and the CHW Scope of Practice. Additionally, the hub provides a platform to troubleshoot emerging public health challenges and address Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) issues from a CHW perspective.
