Join us for The Empowered Caregiver: A 3-Day Series, presented in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
This training series is designed to give Community Health Workers practical tools, knowledge, and strategies to better support individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia — as well as the caregivers and families walking alongside them.
Across three sessions, participants will build their understanding of dementia care, strengthen communication and support strategies, and leave feeling more prepared to connect families with meaningful resources.
