Nominate a Community Health Worker Today! 

MACHW is excited to announce open nominations for the prestigious CHW Awards, to be presented at the upcoming CHW Conference on June 6, 2025, at the DCU Convention Center in Worcester, MA. These awards honor the outstanding contributions of Community Health Workers (CHWs) and their support networks in advancing public health. There are four award categories: 

  1. CHW of the Year Award 
  2. CHW Supervisor of the Year Award 
  3. CHW Program of the Year Award
  4. CHW Champion of the Year Award

Award Benefits for the CHW Awardee: 

  • Award: Presented during the CHW Conference at the DCU Convention Center. 
  • Public Recognition: Your profile will be featured across MACHW’s website and social media platforms. 
  • Conference Registration: Waived registration fees for the CHW Annual Conference.
