The Neighborhood Trauma Team Network is a collaboration of over 20 community-based organizations, health centers and hospitals working together to offer citywide and neighborhood-based trauma response and recovery services to support residents impacted by community violence.
The Senior Program Manager – Performance Analytics and Quality Improvement will participate in all aspects of data collection and reporting, quality improvement, and evaluation for the Neighborhood Trauma Team Network (NTTN) Initiative including identifying productivity and outcome measures, developing data systems and managing all data collection efforts. She/He will work with the Senior Program Manager for Incident Management to assure project staff and grantees have real time data on the NTTN’s immediate, short and long-term response to individuals, families and communities after an incident of community violence. In addition, this position will support the development of the data collection and analysis of division-wide strategic goals and work in consultation with the division’s direct service, training and education, peer education, community engagement and advocacy initiatives.
