Community health workers (CHWs), who work under many different job titles, are a vital part of today’s healthcare and public health systems. This conference will explore why a racial justice approach is integral to strengthening the CHW workforce. It will offer interactive skills-based learning in a variety of topics through general and breakout sessions, networking, and resource sharing.
This invitation is extended to CHWs, CHW supporters and supervisors, and those involved in developing CHW programs throughout Massachusetts and other parts of the country. Come join us for this exciting conference designed by and for CHWs!
