Asthma Home Visiting training Series for CHWs and CHW supervisors.

4-Day Asthma Home Visit Training for CHWs in MA
9am – 3pm each day
Pre-Training Orientation required: Thurs, Feb. 24, 6-7 PM

Dates & Topics:
Tues, March 8:   Day 1 – Equity, Asthma Basics, Medications & Delivery Devices
Weds, March 9:  Day 2 – Motivational Interviewing
Mon, March 21:  Day 3 – Environmental Assessment & Remediation – Part 1
Mon, March 28:  Day 4 – Home Visit Basics & Environmental Assessment & Remediation – Part 2

All four days are required to receive certificate of completion. Register here by February 18, 2022

2-Day Asthma Home Visit Training for CHW Supervisors in MA
