Families USA will host this first-in-a-series of listening sessions for CHWs and CHW association leads from various settings who have played a heavy role in the COVID-19 pandemic response. Families USA wants to hear about your experiences serving as front line workers during the pandemic, and any challenges and/or successes experienced while responding to community needs. Families USA is particularly interested in organizations that received grants from HRSA in order to support their community health work as it pertains to CHWs. Additionally, types of policy changes required to fully support the CHW workforce will be explored. A modest honorarium is provided to participants to acknowledge valuable lived experience, expertise, and time.
