Community Health Worker – WRAP

Boston Medical Center’s Wellness and Recovery after Psychosis (WRAP) team hiring! This community health worker will play a key role in bridging the gap between hospital and home by helping patients overcome barriers and stay engaged in care. This role is ideal for someone dedicated to advocacy, culturally competent education, and community involvement.
