DESCRIPTION:MACHW is seeking Community Health Workers who are interested in strengthening their facilitation and training skills through a two-day Train-the-Trainer program! Participants will learn practical strategies for engaging adult learners\, leading group discussions\, managing group dynamics\, and confidently facilitating CHW-focused trainings. \nDate – 10/20/26 & 10/21/26\nTimes – 10am-3:00pm each day\nLocation – Center for Health Impact\, 35 Harvard St #300\, Worcester\, MA 01609 \n*Selected participants must be available to attend both training days and commit to applying their skills by supporting the delivery of a five-hour CHW Core Competency training in January 2027.
