This interactive experience introduces and deepens core Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques that support individuals in exploring ambivalence\, building intrinsic motivation\, and making meaningful health and life changes. \nGrounded in equity-centered and trauma-informed practice\, this training recognizes the unique role CHWs play in building trust and fostering empowerment within communities.
