community-based organizations.This year we are celebrating MACHW's 10th year anniversary!
Each year MACHW recognizes outstanding individuals and teams who support and provide leadership for, with or about Community Health Workers. Please click on the links below for the nomination forms for the Community Health Worker Leadership Award or the CHW Supervisor Award. Please submit your nominations by 5pm, Wednesday, August 25th.
Help MACHW celebrate 10 years of advocacy for community health workers with a state-wide “Photo Voice”. Please send a photo with one word describing your day-to-day work in the field.
Photo Voice is used to promote grassroots action & photography. Participants are asked to represent their communities & opinions while performing outreach. More information.
